NHPCO is excited to launch a My Hospice video contest during the month of November, to celebrate National Hospice and Palliative Care Month, and we are asking for your participation! Tell us what hospice means to you in a video.  Working with a hospice organization, we know you have a mission and a “why” and we want to hear it! Tell us your “why” and your “my” – creativity is encouraged!

If you have a smart phone with video capability, you have all you need to participate! We will share videos throughout the month of November and pick a winner at the end of the month. Contest winners will receive a $200 Visa gift card!

Your submission could be featured on the My Hospice campaign website and on social media. Because NHPCO will be sharing these videos on social media, we ask that you keep it short. We know you have a lot to say but sometimes short and simple is the best!

      • Hospice professionals in the field:
          • Tell us about your day, your windshield time. Click here to see an example!
          • Show us one of your patients or families – IF YOU HAVE PERMISSION. If you decide to video a patient or family, you MUST HAVE THEM SIGN A RELEASE FORM. Please see details in the Contest Rules tab.
      • Show us around your office and introduce us to your team.
      • Film something that speaks to your “why” and what hospice means to you (sunset, mountains, a great quote etc.).
      • Holding a memorial service or event during National Hospice and Palliative Care Month? Film a small part.
