My Hospice. My Support. – Hospice Action Network
Hospice uniquely cares for bereaved families by providing expert care and support after death. Despite the value of grief support to countless families.
As part of the My Hospice campaign, we are encouraging hospice families, providers and other stakeholders to share their “My Support” stories and raise awareness of bereavement support hospice programs offer to the communities and families they serve.
Below are some resources to help raise awareness of this important and unique service this August in preparation of National Grief Awareness Day on August 30.
Submit a My Support Story:
Have you received a comforting word from a bereavement counselor? Do you have a story of something unique your program did to help a grieving family? Tell us your My Hospice story! We may feature your story as part of the My Hospice campaign.
