For many patients in hospice, the opportunity to receive spiritual support provides comfort at the end of life.

Few realize that the coordinated, patient-centered care provided by hospice includes services from chaplains.

As part of the My Hospice campaign, we are encouraging chaplains, hospice families, providers and other stakeholders to share their “My Spirituality” stories.

Submit a My Care Story:

Do you have an example of caring that catered to a patient’s faith, beliefs and spirit? Does your spirituality influence your role as a hospice provider? Has a loved one been comforted with spiritual guidance at the end of life? We want to hear about it! Tell us your My Hospice story and we may feature your story as part of the My Hospice campaign.
